Several options are available for payment after the reservations are made. If you make your reservation by phone (352) 236-2274 or in person at the Theatre, you may use the following methods of payment:

If you make your reservation over the phone, your credit card will be charged at time of reservation. If you prefer to pay in person, the tickets can be held at the box office for up to 48 hours without payment. If payment is not received within this time period, the tickets will be released.
Season ticket holders may make exchanges and Flex Pass reservations by calling the Theatre box office or coming in person beginning on the date specified for each show. At this time, exchanges and Flex Pass reservations may not be made online.
If you make your reservations at least ten days before the performance, you may request that the tickets be mailed to you for a nominal additonal cost.
Ocala Civic Theatre has a no-refund policy. You may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show with at least 24-hours notice.
